EDEN Terms of Service

EDEN (playeden.ai) is run by GalaxyWay, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using EDEN you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use EDEN

You must be at least 18 years old to use EDEN. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.

2. What EDEN is

EDEN is an interactive romance and companionship game. The characters are fictional and are played by AI. What they say is generated automatically, so it may sometimes be inaccurate or unexpected, and it is not advice. EDEN is new, and we may change or pause features at any time.

3. Your account

Keep your login private. An account is for one person, and you are responsible for what happens on it. Do not create extra accounts to collect free points.

4. Rules

Do not use EDEN to:

• write or request sexual content of any kind, and above all anything sexual involving minors or characters presented as minors;
• target real people with sexual, harassing or defamatory content;
• do anything illegal;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or access other people's data.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Your stories

What you write stays yours. You let us store and process it, including sending it to our AI providers, so that we can run your games. You may use the stories from your games for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Points and purchases

• Playing uses points. Each turn uses points according to its actual AI cost.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Free points (sign-up and daily check-in) expire 7 days after they are given.
• Monthly and yearly passes renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep what you have until the period ends. Points from a pass expire when the pass period ends.
• Purchases are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. If a payment is refunded or charged back, we remove what it bought.
• During the free beta, nothing can be bought.

7. No guarantees

EDEN is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Ending

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing founder@playeden.ai. We may close accounts that break these Terms, or close EDEN itself.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the date above and ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
