EDEN Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data EDEN (playeden.ai), run by GalaxyWay, LLC, collects and how we use it. Questions: founder@playeden.ai.

What we collect

• Account: your email, display name, language, time zone, and when you verified your email and accepted our Terms. Your password is held by our sign-in provider (Amazon Cognito), not in our database.
• Your games: what you write, the replies generated for you, and each game's saved progress, so you can keep playing.
• Points: your balance, check-ins and, once available, purchases. Payment details are handled by the payment processor; we never see full card numbers.
• Technical: your IP address is used briefly to block bots and abuse, and is not stored in our database. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
• Cookies: one cookie keeps you signed in (up to 30 days). Your browser also remembers a few settings, such as your language. We use no advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use it

To run EDEN and your games, send emails you need (verification, password reset), manage points, keep the service secure, and fix problems. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Your games are private.

AI providers

To generate replies, the relevant part of your game is sent to AI models through OpenRouter, which passes it to the companies hosting those models. We do not use your games to train our own models.

Service providers

Amazon Web Services (servers, database, sign-in, email), Cloudflare (website delivery, bot protection, storage), OpenRouter and its model providers (AI replies), and a payment processor once purchases are available. Our servers are in the United States.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is open. To delete your account, email founder@playeden.ai from your account's address. We then delete your account, games and points. Backups clear within 7 days and logs within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing founder@playeden.ai. We reply within 30 days.

Age requirement

EDEN is not for anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
